Dear Mummys and Daddys,
I am a nice, loving young person who has 2 siblings. I am honest, reliable, outgoing and bubbly. I love working with Children and have enjoyed working within Nurseries. I have gained many skills and have been privileged enough to encounter different experiences and work with many different families.
I believe children are all different and should be encouraged to express their feelings and opinions. It is important to create numerous opportunities to enhance and support development based on both indoor and outdoor experiences, which will lead to creating positive relationships and environments.
I would descibe myself as an pro-active relfective person who enjoys a challenge and learning new skills and experiences! I'm realiable and belive myself to be a good listener who would work alongside a family to deliver the best care, but also ensure the children are happy and thriving to their best ablities.

My Experience
I have had experience with younger children and older children from my silblings and looking after friends/families children. I have worked in many nurseries as a Deputy Manager, supporting children aged 3months to 6 years for 3 years. During this time, I completed numerous childcare qualifications.
I have also worked with many families in Chiswick as I nanny, and I would uptake all duties relating to the children, supporting their development. We would attend various activities/classes, including Children Centres, Swimming and visiting Libraries/museums. We also incorporated lots of activies at home such as reading, painting, cooking and dressing up, which is an important part to early learning and developments.
