About Us
Learning World Montessori, located at 141 Coombe Road, Croydon, CR0 5SQ, is dedicated to providing an enriching educational experience for children based on the Montessori philosophy. At Learning World Montessori, we have developed a comprehensive app for Montessori Education, empowering parents to track their children's activities at the nursery. This tool facilitates the identification of the areas of interest that children are exploring and engaging with.
Our dedication to sustainability is reflected in our choice of naturally sourced materials, such as wood, for children's activities. We minimize the use of plastic and even prepare homemade playdough, much loved by the children. Our Music Club, led by a charming and experienced singer, brings joy to the hearts of participating children, while outdoor clubs foster an appreciation for nature, animals, and open spaces. We organize exciting day trips to nearby popular areas like Lloyd Park, Heathfield Park, Dean City, and animal farms.
Children at Learning World Montessori enjoy engaging in Yoga and Kids Zumba clubs, contributing to their holistic development. Our hot, homemade, and fresh vegetarian food, prepared with care and affection, caters to varied dietary needs, including vegan options.
We offer limited funded places for 2-4-year-olds with 15/30 hrs funding and accept a wide range of childcare vouchers. Learning World Montessori proudly holds a GOOD rating from OFSTED and a FIVE STAR rating for Food and Hygiene. Our doors are open to children aged 1 to 5 years. One of the best nurseries in South Croydon! And it’s even better- Montessori!
Learning Worlds Montessori are the best! After unsuccessful transition from our family home to another well known nursery we finally had a breath of fresh air after meeting Mrs Nikki. Our son instantly loved her and the setting. We feel his development has improved drastically and his communication skills and confidence has flourish up only after a couple of weeks attending the setting.
Mrs Nikki has always been very responsive and understanding to us as parents.This gave us the tap on the shoulder we needed.
The setting is beautify set and there is plenty of opportunities to explore different activities.
We feel COVID safe as they keep on top of cleaning and maintaining high hygiene.
I wish more parents knew about this hidden gem in the heart of South Croydon!
We will be forever thankful to Mrs Nikki and all the staff for their warm welcoming of our little boy. He feels like LWM is his second home. Even on weekends if we are passing though he cries to go in, it melts our hearts knowing that our son is genuinely happy there. If we could of give 10 start we would of!
