About Me
My name is Lisa and I am an ofsted registered childminder. I live with my partner Dave and two little boys. We also have a family pet dog, cat and hamster.
I live in a quiet area of Alvaston Derby which is located near local schools, playgroup's, library's and parks.
I offer a warm, loving and safe environment for all the children to play and learn.
I strive to do as much as possible with the children in my care to help develop all areas of learning in a fun and exciting way.
During the week I take the children out on regular outings to soft play, toddler groups, messy play and local parks.
At home there is a variety of toys, activities and resources inside and outside.
My Experience
I have worked with children since leaving school and in this time I became level 4 qualified. In 2021 I gained a degree in early childhood studies.
I have been a childminder since 2010 and have had three OFSTED inspections and have been graded 'good' on all of them.
My Qualifications
I'm a fully qualified childminder with a lot of experience working with ages 0-8years.
I am fully insured with Childcare.co.uk
ICO registered
Degree in early childhood
Foundation degree in early years
Level 3 childcare and education
C R B checked
Full clean driving licence
I have an up to date paediatric first aid certificate
Passed certificate for food hygiene
I have also been on other courses
