Excellent Childminder

My two children, now 4 and 6 have both been going to Ajmers since they were babies and theyve had a wonderful time there. They're always eager to go and when they come back they always have lots to say about what they've been upto. They've also made lots of friends in the other children that go.

It's been great peace of mind dropping them off in a morning and then knowing they're somwhere safe and are having a nice time while I'm at work.

Ajmer is always helpful & flexible when life or work throws it's unexpected difficulties at you and has helped a lot through some tight spots going above and beyond. I can't thank her enough.

Overall i feel very lucky to have found her and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a childminder.

Brilliant Childminder

Ajmer's house has been a home from home for my children for 10 years. I met her at a local toddler group when my daughter was 3 and my son just a few months old. I liked that she was part of a network of local childminders who met almost daily, giving the children in their care a varied experience and lots of chance to socialise. So at age 9 months my son started to go to her full time and my daughter before and after school.

My daughter had previously been to a day nursery, and I had some concerns about moving from such a professional environment to a childminder's setting. I needn't have worried! Ajmer is a very highly experienced and professional childminder and supremely reliable. In 10 years I think she was only sick once (for one afternoon!) and arranged for another childminder already known to the children to take over.

Ajmer is organised and consistent and this means the children in her care are settled and know exactly what is expected of them. She is also warm and loving towards them! She has a good set-up at home, with a dedicated room for the children, but other spaces they can use according to their needs. There is always a good range of toys both indoors and outdoors, and the children are encouraged to be independent in an age-appropriate way.

Communication over the years has been excellent - both professional and constructive. She has always made time to talk about the children, and is interested in their wider lives too. My daughter moved on to secondary school three years ago and maintains an appropriate relationship with Ajmer (like an aunt) even though she is no longer in her care. And now, after ten years, our professional relationship will end as my son also moves onto secondary school - I know we will keep in touch as she has been such a key adult in both the children's early formative years.

My son would like to add, "Ajmer is like an aunt to me and I am sad I will no longer see her every day. I have grown up with her Labrador, Monty, and he has comforted me whenever I have been in a bad mood."

We would have no hesitation in recommending Ajmer's childminding services to you!

Like a part of our family!

My son has been going to Ajmer since he was 6 months old and my daughter too for the last couple of years (before and after school). They both adore her and the family/home environment she offers has become an extension of our home whilst they are with Ajmer. We honestly don't think that we could have had a better person to look after our children and give them such a start - they have entertaining, fun-filled and educational days in a safe environment and have made some fabulous friends too with the other children there.
Although now the youngest has started school we are continuing with holiday provision partly as we do not want him to leave her and he loves going too (always a sign of a fabulous childminder when they run in every morning without a backwards glance! :)

Very professional Childminder

My boys are 9 and 5 years old and I was struggling to find high quality care for them after school until a friend suggested I contact Ajmer.
She has ensured that both of my boys are safe, happy and secure every single day! They both adore her for her kindness and fun approach to life which is shown clearly that she truly loves her job.
As I needed care promtly Ajmer was very happy to accommodate this that suited us both and wished to spend some time getting to know them before the care sessions started... she knows their little characters very well now!
My boys get along very well with the other children Ajmer cares for. They are like a little team.

Due to not needing childcare no more my children will be sad to leave Ajmer and their friends. But I highly recommend Ajmer to parents looking for a childminder in the local area. I will not hesitate to use her services again in the future.

Outstanding

We lived in Coventry for 3 years and Ajmer looked after my daughter from day 1, it was her first experience with a childminder, starting in a new school and a new home but Ajmer helped her so much to settled in, I can’t thank her enough for all the care, she is amazing with the kids and My daughter was always happy to be at Ajmer’s house. We now live in a different city and my little one always ask if she can go to Ajmer’s for a day. 100% recommended.

Brilliant childminder!

My daughter started going to Ajmer when she was 6 month old, because one of my friends highly recommended Ajmer to us. As Ajmer is so brilliant and reliable, my daughter has been with her for more than 4 years full time (Mondays 8-5 to Fridays 8-5).

Ajmer is excellent with children!! She often takes kids out to different childminders' houses and toddler groups, which help developing their communication and social skills. Ajmer pays attention to children's manner and trains them very well, resulting that my daughter is often praised by other adults and parents for her good behaviour. Ajmer is more a family member than a childminder to my family, and we receive valuable advice from her regarding my daughter's development and education.

Some friends around us said that they send kids to nurseries because they feel childminders are less reliable. However, our experience with Ajmer has been so wonderful that I feel the strong and stable interpersonal relationship with one person (Ajmer) really helps my daughter in all aspects of her development.

If you need a childminder, Ajmer is a perfect choice! She is amazing with children. My daughter loves Ajmer very much, because Ajmer also loves those kids as her own and pours out her care and love on them. We highly recommend her to anyone!

Positively excellent

My son and I had just moved from Barbados and as well as being in a new country, Ajmer was his first experience of being looked after by someone other than family. He bonded with her immediately which settled all anxieties I had. My son enjoyed his time with her greatly and I'm very appreciative and happy with the care, warmth and growth she provided for him.

Ajmer

Both of my girls aged 2 and 3 were looked after by Ajmer, i cannot begin to express into words how much of a great childminder Ajmer is, she is caring , attentive and very friendly, my girls attended Ajmer for a year and a half. And the whole time they were there, I didn't have any problems, Ajmer also keeps a diary where she writes in it daily of what the girls have been up to with there day, my girls were very happy going there. Although they don't attend now due to my own personal circumstances they still mention Ajmer, and miss her dearly . I felt at ease when my girls were being looked after by Ajmer, never had a doubt that they were unsafe . She also kept in regular contact throughout the day by sending pictures of the girls while I was at work, which was lovely to see . I can't recommend Ajmer enough as a childminder :)

Excellent childcare Coventry

After a long seven years we are havering to say a fond farewell to Ajmer who now feels like family. Ajmer is an excellent carer and communicator. My eldests still asks if she can have a day with Ajmer. Ajmer always makes the most of good weather in beautiful parks, playgrounds and excellent playgroupis and children's events put on, equally she is totally in tune with the children to know when they need a quiet morning in. Ajmer hasn't had a single day sick in the seven years we have been with her. I n my first few weeks back at work when I was wondering how the girls were I would receive a reassuring text telling me what they were up to and how they were enjoying their activities. Approaching school years Ajmer will encourage the pre schoolers with skills that will make the start of school an easier process for your little one? Ajmer safety record is second to none. Actually I don't remember having to sign her accident book. Ajmer has had our children for extra hours at the last minute with just a phone call arrangement. When new phases start eg potty training share with Ajmer and work as team. Ajmer has been a brilliant support to me as a parent, I have never felt like a customer to her? This lady truly has a gift for working with and caring for children. She lives out of our area but the care our children have received have been worth the drive. I wish you all the best in gaining a place with this very professionals quality childminder.

Outstanding

Ajmer currently looks after my 4 year old daughter and has done for a good few months now..she's showed her such care and professionalism that I can't fault Ajmer in any way..she's very caring and always keen to help in any way she can..My daughter loves after school time as she sees going to Ajmer as a treat because she enjoys her time there that much..unfortunately due to school change I have to leave Ajmer which both myself & my daughter are very disappointed about..I would recommend Ajmer to anybody that would ask me my opinion..when you have a child care provider you want to not sit and worry if your child's ok and Ajmer certainly makes me feel at ease with this..
