About Me
I'm Susi, I'm 34 years old and have 2 daughters, aged 7 & 3. I am available some evenings and weekends. I do have some availability during the daytime as well, so please feel free to ask.
I have a full clean driving license and my own car, with a spare child's car seat. I'm also fluent in Spanish. DBS is up to date.
I have applied to Ofsted as a self-employed Nanny, so that is currently pending. Due to this process I have a new DBS certificate, have completed a Level 2 childcare course and a Pediatric First Aid course.
Life is busy and complicated but do feel free to message me to see if I can help at all. I try to be as flexible as possible :)
My Experience
I have done a lot of babysitting since my teens, and can provide references from parents if needed. I can look after more than one child at a time, and have the experience of being a mother on my side!
I also have experience volunteering in a school, as well as working with primary school aged children in other settings.
I currently work 1 session per week in my daughter's pre-school with children ages 2-4 years.
My Qualifications
I have a BSc in Biology, from the University of Southampton.
In June 2024 I completed a pediatric first aid course.
Level 2 childcare certificate.
The childcare experience I have is over 10 years of hands-on experience and learning through parenting.

Susi has been looking after my 2 children aged 10 and 8 on an ad hoc basis. Both my children have additional needs and Susi is very understanding of this. My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves Susi and all the activities she does with her. Susi is very flexible, patient, calm and amazing with children.

My children and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Susi. Susi is incredibly warm, reliable and my boys adore her. She is very attentive and I have always been at ease while my children were in her care. I highly recommend her.
