About me:
I am a mother of two boys, now all grown up and live in the Fazakerley/Aintree area of Liverpol.
I am situated near to the M57 motorways which links to other motorways so ideal for those parents having to commute to Southport, Warrington and Manchester and there are good local transport links into the city centre.
I am an experienced and registered childminder who is fun loving, caring, friendly, flexible and compassionate.
I know what it is like looking for a childminder who you feel comfortable with and feel that you will be able to rely on them to look after your child or children as I too have gone through this experience with my own children.
My home is safe and secure and has a loving and caring environment for children to learn, play and grow.
My children are very socialable and enjoy interacting with the children that come into my care, our home!!!
My Experience
I am a experienced registered childminder with Ofsted. I have received a 'Good' rating from Ofsted, this was maintained at my third inspection in July 2022.
I have completed training that will allow me to deliver the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) that all schools and nurseries are currently following.
I have worked in my local school as a volunteer, assisting teachers on outings and workshops with children from the early age of 3 upwards.
I have looked after children as young as 5 months old up to the age of 13 years.
My Qualifications
I have the following training and qualifications:
Paediatric first aid training/certificate
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young people workforce
Safeguarding training
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Food Hygiene Training
Health and safety
My Availability
I am available to work from 7:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Parents looking for term time only childcare are welcome.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Fees includes all meals, snacks, drinks and outings.
Discounts may be available depending number of days you require.
Extra charges do apply for special excursions.

I've never used a childminding service before having put my eldest in a nursery some time back. I was nervous about using a childminder but as I was only looking for short term care I decided this may be an option. (Went back to work from maternity leave 5m pregnant) I found Collette on the childcare forum and we arranged a meeting. She made my family very welcome in her home and my little one immediately warmed to her making us very happy too.
She's been a wonderful care giver for my son over the past few months, he's loved going there and has come on so much. He's enjoyed a number of activities and Collette has kept us up to date on what he's been up to. She's very professional yet caring and if I do decide to return to work when the next little one is here then I hope Collette has the availability to take us on again. Thank you so much Collette xx
