About Me
My name is Paula, and I am ofsted registered, and I have two children of my own aged 14 and 11, I live with my husband in Garston. I provide a safe and homely environment and a fun-filled, packed day.
My aim is to encourage the children in my care to have lots of fun and learn new skills through play. I have a nice new playroom for the children to play in with lots of toys to help them learn and develop a
nd a safe garden area with a wide range of toys for all ages to play with and on. I do lots of different activities like painting, cooking, making bread and homemade yoghurt are some the cooking we do, puzzles and buildings and lots more.
I attend local toddler groups and childminders groups. I take trips to the library and parks. I ensure that all school holidays we have lots of fun days out, we go to parks, the sea-side, model villages and farms and more. Some of the trips we went on this holiday were a trip to Southend and Luton discovery centre, butterfly world and some others and on the other days we went to parks.
Each child has a day diary, memory book for photos, and work they have done at my setting. I work alongside you as a parent to ensure that your child/children are happy and safe at all times as you as their parent know your child/children best. I have good references which you may wish to look at.
My Experience
I registered as a childminder in 2006, before that I was a deputy manager of a private day care for 6 years (chlidren aged 3 months to 5 years). I have a wide range of experience with children of all ages.
After leaving collage I became a nanny looking after children aged 0 - 10 years. I have found that since I have had my own children I have enjoyed watching them grow and develop. I fill that my past experience with in childcare has helped me to become a better mum and childcare provider. All children are welcomed in my home and are treated as part of the family.
My Qualifications
I went to Cassio College and studied for my N.N.E.B. I also have my child care practice in childminding (ICP), first aid , food hygine, and child protection. I attended the child care course thougth out the year, such as early years and observation and planning. I hope that each time I go on training courses, I can get something new from it to help me to improve my setting.
My Availability
I work Monday to Friday 7.00 to 6.30, I can change my working hours if needed.
I do school pick up's from Kingsway infants and Juniors and Kingwood nursery and daycare. Can do other schools in the area if it fits in with my other school runs.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
Please contact me for fee's. I do offer a 10% discount for siblings.
My fees include healthy food and snacks.

I recommend Paula with all my heart.She is very sweet and was perfect for my daughter ,but unfortunately we had to relocate from Watford to Nuneaton.To be honest because was Theodora’s first childminder I was a little bit afraid but as soon as I met and know Paula I saw that she was perfect to us.We will miss having her around us.
