My Requirements

We are looking for a nanny to look after our 3 children (B14, B8 and G5) in Esher for approx. 25-38 hours a week depending on whether we are in term time or school holidays therefore some flexibility with days/hours would be ideal.

During term time hours would be approx. 2pm-7pm to allow some time for dinner
preparation and some light housework (we already have a cleaner) before collecting the
children from school in Esher at around 4/5pm in the afternoon and bringing them home
to give them dinner and supervise homework etc. Mum should be home by 6:30pm on
office days but parents may also work from home a couple of times a week – so someone
comfortable with a parent working at home sometimes.

During the holidays we would need to reallocate hours to be full days (7:30am-7pm) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a half day in the afternoon on Monday/Friday. Happy to provide salary based on average hours across the year.

We are looking for a fun, kind, compassionate and reliable person who enjoys playing with our younger two children but can also supervise a bit of primary school homework, relate to and engage with our teenager and is happy with some cooking and light housework. Although different personalities, all our children are happy, lively and full of conversation on many topics so someone who really enjoys being around and
interacting with children is a must.

This role requires someone with a car and full, clean driving license. If this role is of interest but you are not available for all the hours above, please do get in touch as we may have some flexibility on hours for the right person.
