About Me
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for over 14 years now and managed to retain my grade of 'OUTSTANDING' at my last inspection ( February 2020). From April 2025, I will have a space available for 3 days a week - Monday to Wednesday (term time only). Govenment funding is available.
I lead a child centered approach and offer a warm, safe and family friendly environment where we do many fun packed activities at home, as well as visiting playgroups, libraries and local parks. We also make occasional trips to farms and museums etc. My aim is, that through play, the children will feel happy, comfortable and secure enabling them to fulfill their potential.
I live in between Honor Oak Park/Crofton Park train stations, in a detached house with a good sized garden which is well equip for plenty of outdoor play. I also have a wide variety of toys and resources to suit all age groups.
I look after babies and children up to 3 years old.
I am an experienced mum, living in a non-smoking household. I am happily married to Steve and we have two lovely sons, 18 & 21 years old.
We do have a friendly dog called Bella (who is an Australian miniature Labradoodle). Bella is 7 years old, has a great temperament and is a lovely addition to my setting, as the kids love her. She is hypoallergenic and none shedding.
I have a full clean driver’s license.
I work 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday) TERM-TIME ONLY.

My Experience
I have been childminding since January 2010 and am a mother of 2 sons.
I focus on development through fun play and social interaction, encouraging all the children I care for to explore and learn new things in a safe and happy environment.
My Qualifications
At my last Ofsted inspection (Feb 2020) I was able to retain my OFSTED rating of 'OUTSTANDING’.

My Availability
I currently have availability for one child on Mandays to Wednesday only (3 days ).
I work 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) TERM TIME ONLY. My hours are from 8am - 6pm. I offer lunch and evening meals.
