Unable to cope with SEN children.

Unfortunately Donna is not the childminder for you if you have children with SEN needs. She can not manage some behaviours in an appropriate or professional manner. My son is a SEN child who is not violent but becomes distressed and asks terminated the contract as she couldn’t cope. The conversation was over text. Highly unprofessional manner to terminate a contract. Have reported to Ofsted under the Equality Act whereby disability is a protected characteristic.

I am truly sorry that it has come to this. It wasn't an easy decision to give notice. As you know I have spoken to you on numerous occasions about this. Since looking after your school aged child since October, it is clear that my setting does not meet your child's needs and I must consider the safety and wellbeing of all the children in my care. This is irrespective of any special educational need and would apply to any child.
