About Me
I am Ofsted Registered Childminder, providing quality and flexible home-based childcare in a carring family environment with a wide range of fun and stimulating toys, books and equipment for all ages and a dedicated playroom. I have an appropriate business insurance to enable me to provide a wider range of activities such as visits to parks, libraries, museum.I have had medical checks, and the whole family has been cleared by the Criminal Records Bureau.I have a dedicated outdoor play area, child friendly garden with all weather awning and I take children on a regular outings.I pick up and drop off at Holy Trinity CoFE. I have a lovely indoor area for story time, music and singing, painting, craft, play dough.I provide healthy meals and snacks.I grow vegetables with children to help them learn about where food comes from and caring for the environment. I don't want to set in stone types of activities through the day, cause I want to be flexible to suit the needs of individual children.Activities are inspired by children's interests, nappy changes, trips to the toilet, drinks and sleep will be included as needed by the individual child.I will sometimes go for one day trip for example Pottery Cafe, Science Museum, Polka Theatre, Kew Gardens, and the picnic in the park.I will let parents know in advance.Clear and consistent communication between parent and childminder is a trademark quality of an effective education environment. I put hundred per cent into my job as I love working with children.I feel it is very important to hear parents views as they are using my service.If you have any enquires please don't hesitate to contact me.

My Experience
I have plenty of childcare experience. Most of all I have been childminder for over 10 years and also 4 years as a Nursery Teacher. In this time I have cared for many children all with their own unique needs and requirements. I also have my own children and providing stimulating activities for them and seeing them succeed give me a great deal of pleasure and confidence that I can do it for other children.
My Qualifications
I graduated and been awarded the Bachelor of Arts in Early Years and Education by University of Roehampton. Since 2012 I am awarded as a Montessori Teacher from Association Montessori Internationale. During my teaching career I have also attended numerous local authority training including Safeguarding, Singalong, Positive Behaviour, Develop writing, Boys Learning and much more. I have also finished Read, Write Inc. Phonics Course, which help me to teach children language and literacy on a daily basis.
My Availability
I am open from 7 am till 6.00p.m Monday to Friday. Weekends and flexible hours are available on request.

We chose Aga to be our to childminder for our son Lachlan as we were impressed with her CV and having meet her we felt she had a really lovely manner, the environment was safe, fun and homely, and she connected so well with our son and ourselves.
Our son began with Aga at only 7 months old and we felt nothing but reassurance he was getting the best possible care. We continued to be impressed with the wide variety of learning and engagement techniques Aga applies. The progress we have seen with our son we are very grateful for. Aga is always kind, calm and patient, and all the children she looks after are polite and well behaved. We also love the fact our son was cooked fresh home made food everyday, with emphasis on the correct dietary requirements. Our son is growing into an extremely kind and very social boy which we put down to Agas teachings and values that she installed in him. He loves to sing and has learnt many songs with Aga. His keenness to read and learn and vocabulary is a credit to the teachings she applies.
Our son is a very happy child, and really loved his time at the childminders. We have been very impressed by the variety of toys and not just gender stereotype toys which pleases us! He is learning to share and engage others.
Aga has encouraged us in so many areas with our son which we would not have considered at certain ages, from recommendation in potty training, learning to hold a pencil, and really develop his creative side in how to express himself through art. She has been our guru in encouraging his development.
Regular trips to the park and local farms meant our son had the opportunity to be extremely active and is able to ride his scooter and bike in the safety of Agas watchful eye.
The continued updates and photos supplied by Aga are a pleasure to receive, and she arranges meetings to run through the reports and progress of his development with us.
We really feel we hit the jackpot finding Aga, and would highly recommend her. In fact, a close friend of ours has a young daughter starting with Aga very soon due to our recommendation. After 3 years in her care we are sad to have to leave Aga due to relocation.

Aga looked after my daughter for a few months but in this short time, I was so impressed with her dedication and love demonstrated in the care of my daughter. I has used several other childcare providers in the past and I can honestly say she was the best. I always felt very reassured and confident that my daughter was very well looked after. I can't recommend her highly enough! Thank you Aga!
