We interviewed Perri and sourced several refernces which were all very positive. She came with a lovely positive energy and a caring attiutude. We did not offer her the position as we needed someone who had significant driving experience. She does have an up to date driving licence but hadn't had to drive children in her previous jobs.
She certainly would be a lovely carer to children and it seemed to come very naturally to her.
