About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder living within Peckham/Nunhead area. I work with my husband and daughter who are both registered childcare assistants. My setting is a family terraced house with a garden. We have ample space for the children to use. Our setting has access to a tidy kept garden which is accessible via bio folding doors which creates the comfort of being indoors while being able to enjoy our outdoor space. We have a range of resources and activities for our setting which encourage learning, sensory and creativity.
My Experience
I have over 18 years of childminding experience in all age groups. I am also an experienced mother of three grown adults. My Ofsted certificate is attached.
My Qualifications
I have First aid, Food hygiene, Risk assessment, NVQ Level 3 in childcare etc. Throughout the year I provide a happy and stimulating experience for children in my care. I take children to playgroups and outings frequently.
My Availability
With my assistants I can look after up to nine children under the age of 5. My service hours are from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm five days a week. Unfortunately, we do not do school pick-up and/or drop offs. NOTE: We Accept the 15hrs free government scheme in our setting.

A friend told me about Sultana and Shah when my daughter was a few months old and I knew that it would be the best setting for her. We haven’t looked back since. I can’t thank both of them for everything they have done for us and her. From the first meeting and through out the settling period Sultana went out of her way to ensure that my daughter settled in and adjusted well. Their house is a wonderful set up, the food is amazing and home cooked, the kids love their day trips out to see different things through out the year. But they are also like extended to family to us - they know Etta so well that they can tell when she’s off instantly. They told us when she was ready for potty to train, when it’s best to drop naps how to solve all sorts of things that as a first time parent you don’t really know about. They know who she is and what she likes and have made an environment that she and all her friends there love. We cannot recommend them enough.

From the moment my son stepped into Sultana + Shah's home 14 months ago, we haven't looked back. It's not just a childminding space, it's a second home filled with warmth, laughter, and endless opportunities for play and learning.
Sultana + Shah not only create a safe and fun setting in their home, they also take the children on exciting adventures: exploring parks, playgroups, and even venture out to Surrey Quays and Crystal Palace.
As a parent, I can't thank Sultana enough. She's given me peace of mind, knowing my son is not only safe and loved, but thriving in a stimulating and nurturing environment.
If you're seeking a childminder who feels like family, where your child can flourish, Sultana is the one. Unparalleled dedication, passion, and love.
Five stars don't even do her justice. She deserves a galaxy!

Our daughter has been with Sultana for almost a year, and we have watched her blossom and grow under their watchful eye. She started at 9 months for a day a week and is now 1.5 and attending full time. The love and care that she receives is second to none. She has such an attachment to their whole family, and comes home singing songs and excited to show her artwork. Tea parties, Friday discos, free play, art classes… she is stimulated and engaged and ultimately just so happy there, receiving lots of cuddles and attention. The small setting enables her to receive a high level of care and one on one moments and she is so happy and secure. The environment is safe, warm and spotless! We are so proud to have found this special place and we can’t imagine how she will ever leave when she’s older! The summer party in the park with all the parents and children - present and past, really speaks to how valued Sultana and Shah are ⭐️

Sultana and Shah are very loving to all their children, and give lots of cuddles. My little one has learned so much in the last 18 months, endless songs, beautiful manners, and has made a million things out of paper plates...you’d be amazed! The food is truly delicious and home cooked, and tea parties happen on a regular basis. My little one was always happy when I picked him up and eager to show his art work of the day! I would highly recommend Sultana and Shah! 🌟

When people say, when you walk in and you’ll get that feeling straight if it’s right - we did here! Sultana and Shah welcomed us with open arms, despite not having the exact day combination we needed they found a way for us to make it work so our 1 year old to start!
From that day they were professional, but hugely kind and caring towards our son primarily but also us as parents as we navigated sending our first child in to a new setting (intimidating for any parent!)
Our son has thrived during the 2 years he was with them. They encouraged diverse play and always had fun activities planned. I appreciate most childcare settings offer this, what is different about Sultana and Shah is the level of care and love they apply. They treat the children like their own. They would throw little birthday parties, dressing the children up and putting wonderful decorations together for the occasion.
We can’t recommend them enough, you and your family are in the safest hands!
