About Me
Hi my name is NIkki and I have been a childminder since Nov 06. I live with my husband and two daughters in Goring by Sea, West Sussex.
I have worked in the childcare industry for the last 30yrs (wow) and couldn't think of a more fun and exciting job. The children will have lots to do in my large enclosed garden with all sorts of fun things for your little ones to do, Such as a wooden playhouse, slides, climbing frame, various ride on's and lots more. I have a playroom with lots of toys and games for all different ages and interests.
I also live near lots of local amenities such as the beach, park, downs, local toddler groups, the library etc.
I also do lots of at home activity's such as play-dough, cornflour play, painting, sticking, outings to farms, parks etc
We also have 2 cats & a dog called Gus (cockapoo)
My Experience
I have worked in the childcare industry for the last 30yrs as a childminder, Nanny, Nursery Nurse and in play schemes.
I have been childminding for the last 16yrs and have had four OFSTED inspections and received a 'GOOD' grading for all four of them.
I have experience with children with congenital heart disease and type 1 diabetes.
My Qualifications
I have a diploma in CACHE level 3 in childrens and young persons workforce I trained at East surrey college and gained a BTEC national diploma in social Care.
