Hi I’m Lisa. I’m a mature, professional, experienced and ofsted registered nanny covering North Dorset. I live in Shaftesbury with my fiancée and I also have a grown up daughter who has moved away to study vet nursing.
I’m reliable, flexible, organised, clean, tidy, fun loving and outdoorsy. With a Montessori, Steiner and Forest School background, I have a passion for connecting children to nature; and enjoy getting mucky in the beautiful Dorset countryside.
I have worked with many families and can provide lovely references. I am also registered with a Nanny Agency where I have been suitably vetted, if any family prefers using an agency.

My Experience
I have over 25 years experience working with families, nurseries, children’s centres and schools in management/leadership, as well as running my own OFSTED childminding business for many years.
OFSTED registration, DBS check, public liability insurance and references available upon request.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 6 Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Years, qualified Montessori teacher, teaching assistant and Forest School leader, paediatric first aid, safeguarding, food hygiene, SEN, enhanced DBS check (on update service), full UK driving licence with business use, public liability insurance, as well as other relevant and up-to-date training.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
Fees vary depending on requirements, such as travel, transport, number of children, out of hours and overnight care.
Business mileage is charged at 0.45p per mile whilst child/ren are accompanied in my vehicle, unless otherwise agreed.
