About Me
Hello! I’m Holly, the proud founder of Holly’s House, and I wanted to share a little about my journey in childcare so far.
Holly’s House began back in 2012, when I started childminding alongside my wonderful sisters, Emma and Cara, who worked as my assistants. Together we created a thriving, loving setting – and we were thrilled to be recognised with a Netmums Childcare Award in 2014 for the South Essex region! ?
That same year, we expanded to open Holly’s House After School Club, running both services side by side until 2016. At that point, I took a step back to focus on starting my own family through IVF. In 2017, my beautiful son arrived!
I was ready and raring to return to childminding once he started preschool, but like so many others, my plans were paused by the pandemic. Then in 2021, I was overjoyed to find out I was expecting my daughter!
Now that both my youngest is settled into preschool, I’m so excited to be relaunching Holly’s House. I’m looking forward to welcoming some new little faces and creating a safe, caring, and joyful space for them to grow, learn, and have fun. ??
