About Me
I am an Ofsted registered Childminder. I have worked with children 0-11 years old, for over 20 years. I am a NNEB qualified Nursery Nurse, which is a level 3 qualification in childcare. I have a DBS check and I am first aid trained and done a Safeguarding course. I offer funding for children 2 year old, with working or non working parents and funding for 3 to 4 year old. From September 2024, I can also get funding for 9 months to 23 months old. I currently have vacancies for under 5's on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, full days or half days. I live in the Swinnow area of Bramley, Leeds, just outside Pudsey. I got good in my last Ofsted inspection, February 2022. I drop off and pick up from Swinnow school. My Qualifications
I am a NNEB qualified Nursery Nurse, which is level 3. I am also a Paediatric First Aider. I have attended all the relevant training prior to becoming a registered childminder. I attend regular training courses and put this into practice.
My Availability
My working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday full days term time and before and after school on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7.00am -6.30pm Monday to Wednesday and 7.30am till 5.30pm on Thursday and Friday. I work Monday to Friday full days in the school holidays, from 7.00am till 6.30pm. I have vacancies for children under 5 years, including under 1 year old

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
I charge a hourly fee of £5.00. Before school £6 for first hour, then £5 per hour after that. I also charge for tea and play activities.

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Swinnow Primary School

My 2.5 year old son had been going to Melody's setting for nearly a year & half now and he still gets excited every morning to go to her and explore days together.
Melody is very passionate about what she is doing, helping kids grow leaps and bounds with different types of activities.
I highly recommend her to any one looking for caring, friendly childminder.

My son has been in Melody's care for 4 months now and I am very happy with the service she provides. He enjoys the varied activities she provides and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder in the local area.
