I'm an organised, reliable and mature qualified childcarer and mummy to a very busy 15yr old and 8yr old. I'm a driver with own car. I enjoy reading, swimming and reiki in my spare time.
My Experience
I have 23 years professional experience in childcare.
I have worked in nurseries, creches (including event childcare such as weddings), schools, breakfast/tea time and holiday clubs often having a key worker role, looking after a minimum of 1-10 children from newborn to 18yrs and I also have special needs experience.
Over the last 16 years, I've focused mainly in the childminding, nannying/babysitting area of childcare where I have found this type of work to be most fulfilling and enjoyable.
My Qualifications
Nanny Level 3 equivalent to NVQ3 in Childcare.
DBS on update service.
Paediatric First Aid.
Safeguarding and Child Protection.
Unit 5 CYPOP LEVEL 3 Diploma in Homebased Childcare.
Food Hygiene.
My Availability
I am currently available for daily adhoc and emergency cover nanny work and evening babysitting including proxy parenting and event childcare.
For new families making a booking, I offer 1 hours free childcare based on a minimum 4hr booking.
