About Me
I am an ofsted registered childminder with 15 years of experience in a range of roles within early years. I have now been childminding for 4 years and I've never looked back!
I have a spacious playroom and a large garden for children to explore, including an all weather play area.
I provide a wide range of activities and resources which are adapted to children’s age and stage of development as well as following their interests and helping to develop their ideas.
My setting is a home from home environment, and I believe that a strong partnership with parents is extremely important when helping your little ones settle in.
I take children on regular trips to playgroup, soft play, parks and other outdoor spaces.
I live with my husband, my 2 daughters and 2 friendly cats.
My Experience
I have 15 years of experience in early years with babies from 6 months to children up to 10 years old.
I have supported children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, working alongside other professionals.
My Qualifications
I have a level 6 qualification in early years (BA Hons in Early Years Education and Leadership).
I have also completed further training such as; Safeguarding, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Code of Practice and Inclusion, Data Protection, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene Level 2.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
£75 per day inclusive of clubs, classes playgroups.

Our daughter has been with Jen for nearly 8 months and our experience has been amazing, Jen looks after each child as if they were her own and the friendships they have developed with each other is lovely to see. Our daughter has thrived whilst being here and her communication, understanding and overall learning abilities have flourished. Jen has a great understanding of the children and has helped us with weaning techniques, and with her help our daughter now eats lots of different varieties of food. Thanks to the daily log that Jen keeps we are able to see all the different activities and outings our little one has enjoyed each day. We would highly recommend Jen for anyone that is looking for a trusted and respected childminder 😊.

Our little boy has been going to Jen for a few months now and absolutely loves it. He feels so at home and has made great progress with various skills since starting there.
Jen looks after a small amount of children, which means our son knows all of them now and they all interact together really well.
Jen also has a really nice and secure setting and experience with baby led weaning and she looks after him as if he was her own.
We're super happy with everything!
