About Me
My name is Sarah cripps I am 40years old and I have a 11 year old boy and a 7 year old boy,I also have a 19 year old step daughter , we live in stainburn, Workington.
I have been living in Cumbria for 14 years I am from a small town in lancashire.
I am paediatric first aid trained and have my safeguarding level 1 and 2. please do not hesitate to contact me if you feel I can meet your requirements.
My Experience
I have 19 years experience working with children age birth to 8 I have worked in a nursery for 7 years as deputy manager and 5 years as a supervisor/deputy.I also have experience of working with children with special educational needs from birth to 19 . I have been childminding for the last 7years .
My Qualifications
I have a btec national certificate in early years level 3 and a nvq level 3 and 4, a level 4 in family supports I have recently passed level 3 SENCO

Sarah is fantastic. My little girl went to her before starting nursery and Sarah definitely helped bring her out of her shell! Kind,caring and always there for advice,as well as always putting the kids first. Would certainly reccommend! X

Sarah is an amazing child minder and now friend. She is so caring and maternal with the children. My little boy sometimes likes going with Sarah more than me, lol. She is a warm and inviting lady who loves her job and the children she cares for. She always helps whenever I need her even at short notice. I wouldn't leave my little one with anyone else now. xx

Sarah is a lovely lady who I’d now be lost without! She has been very flexible and accommodating with my sons hours and treats him like one of her own. He loves going to her house which puts me at ease when leaving him as I know he enjoys it so much. There are plenty of toys and educational games to keep him busy and Sarah also takes him out to baby and toddler groups which is great! She keeps me updated with his record book to let me know what he’s been up to throughout the day. Thankyou Sarah :-)

Sarah is a fantastic lady with a heart of gold. She welcomed my son into her home and treats him like one of the family.
Collection from school was a major issue when my son started as no afterschool clubs or extended hours were offered. Pickups have been such a great bonus for our family as it's meant I can still work a full day, but remain happy in knowing he'll be greeted with a loving smile.
Lovely, relaxed setting. Plenty of toys, games and activities to keep my son busy. The daily record is great and keeps me up to date with everything I need to know.
Don't know where we'd be without her!
