Wonderful childminder

Rick looked after my daughter for 2 days a week after I returned to work following maternity leave. He was recommended to me by two close friends and he really provided a home from home for my daughter and she absolutely loved her time there. Rick was flexible and worked around our schedule. My daughter developed in so many ways following her time in Ricks care - she loved the messy play, time spent in the garden and the childminding groups they would visit regularly. I loved reading what she had been doing in her detailed daily diary.

I would highly reccommend Rick's childcare and I love the fact my daughter has been able to spend time with a male role-model in her early years. Very happy times and we really couldn't have asked for a better childminder.

Best childminder ever!

We were Rick's first ever customers when he looked after my then three year old and 9 month old. We were in awe of everything Rick did with them, they had an adventure every day and adored "Rick days". They still miss Rick even now a year or so later (we only left Ricks as we needed to swap round Childcare as my eldest went to preschool and school so our needs changed.
Rick is fabulous at keeping you updated on their progress and it was lovely to see them blossom with him.
Being a feminist mother of two girls I also loved that the girls could have a male role model as a caregiver. I think that is so important and really made a difference my my girls confidence in smashing gender stereotypes which is awesome!

We loved having Rick care for our youngest daughter for the last couple of years whilst she was between the ages of 2 and 4. He is a very reliable, caring and gifted childminder.

Every day was an adventure whether it was in the house and garden or more often out and about. Our daughter returned smiling having had a lovely time without fail. Rick tailored his support and care to her interests and kept us up to date with what she had been up to - lots of pictures!

Rick is extremely reliable and also very accommodating, quick to keep us in the loop and reassure us whenever necessary. He is calm and patient and gentle in his management of the space and the children within it. This ensures a relaxed and safe environment in which they can flourish. I would wholeheartedly recommend RIck as a childminder and am delighted with the service he has provided. As I say, our loss is Westbury's gain!

Fantastic home from home care

We are so lucky to have found Rick and we have been thrilled with the outstanding care he has provided our daughter over the past year.
Rick has provided a safe, nurturing and supportive environment, which has enabled our daughter to flourish and always have the happiest of days -she is always so excited as we pull up in the drive!

Rick has been incredibly attentive to our daughters needs, taking into account her likes/ dislikes and routine to ensure that he provides a tailored and stimulating environment for her, all the while providing a beautiful and detailed documentation of her progress for us (including a daily diary and sending pictures of all the fun she’s been having!)

Thank you for taking such great care of our little lady and welcoming her into your wonderful family Rick! She will miss her days with you!

Outstanding!

Rick has been looking after our daughter since she was 8 months old (she's now 18 months) and he's been absolutely brilliant. Every day is full of all sorts of lovely activities; music, crafts, reading, parks, playgroups, trips to the farm, you name it. She's learned absolutely loads from being at his setting, and she gets really excited when she knows we're on our way there. Rick has also been very reassuring towards us parents. He always takes the time to chat about how the day has been and answer any questions, he keeps a detailed diary, and sends us photos of the little ones as they're having loads of fun. If you're after a caring, individual approach to your little one, I couldn't recommend him highly enough!
