About Us
Busy Bees has been providing care for children for over 25 years. In 2012 we expanded our provision and are incredibly excited to be able to offer day care for children from the age of 6 weeks to school age, during term time or all year round. We are open from 7.30am to 6pm.
We have 5 fantastic nursery rooms for each age group plus a large out of school club room. Each room has free flow access to outdoors which we use whatever the weather. We are also next door to the park and we regularly go and explore, watch the seasons change, feed the ducks and more!
We also have extra rooms where the children can go to relax, chill out or play in the soft play.
Our aim is to provide a family atmosphere, where we care for and nurture the children. Parents are important to us, and we involve you as much as possible, we hold regular events where parents are invited in, for example Mother's day tea parties, Bring your daddy to Nursery and Christmas singing.
We have experienced and well qualified staff, including two Early Years teachers.

Our Fees
There is NO registration fee.
Fees are £4.40 an hour (7.30am to 8am is £2.50). Session lengths are a minimum of 3 hours, however we are very flexible with our sessions, for example you may choose to come 8am to 2pm, or 9am to 5pm. Please ask and we can have a chat about your needs. We will also accept children who need shift pattern care. Tea is served after 4.30pm and can be booked for £1.00 per tea. Hot lunches cooked on site are £2 or children can bring a packed lunch.
The term after their 3rd birthday children receive 15 hours a week free care. We also offer 2 year old funding however there are certain criteria that must be fulfilled to receive this - please ask. The funding can also be stretched throughout the year, please ask for details.
Term time care and all year round care are available for children of all ages.
Out of school care is £4.50 from 7.30am; £3.00 from 8am and £3 an hour after school and during holidays. We take children to and from Bourne Abbey Academy and Bourne Westfield Academy.
If your child is dropped off between 7.30am and 8am they can have breakfast which can be booked for 50p a meal. A mid morning snack is provided. Tea can also be booked for £1.00. Hot lunches cooked on site are £2 or children can bring a packed lunch during school holidays.
