About Me
I have been a registered childminder since 2004. I live with my husband and two children aged 24 and 12, and our dog Sidney. I currently drop off and pick up from st Joseph's primary school in North Shields. I can pick up from Collingwood primary school.
We live in between Collingwood primary school and ST Joseph’s RC primary school.
I have a lovely playroom with plenty of activities to encourage all areas of learning. I also have a large back garden to enjoy, with a large variety of age appropriate toys.
My Experience
I have 16 years childminding experience, i have been a Mam for 24 years. I volunteer for a children’s charity and have volunteered in my sons school.
My Qualifications
I am first aid trained
DBS checked
Nvq level 3 in children's care learning and development
Diploma in home based childcare
Level 2 classroom assistant.
My Availability
My working hours are from 7.30am to 6pm Monday to friday. My hour are negotiable. I work 48 weeks a year. Two weeks off at Christmas and a further two weeks off during the year which I confirm in January.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
I charge £4.50 per hour and £2.00 per day for meals provided. ( breakfast, lunch, after school snack)

Shelley has provided childcare to my 4 children over the last 15 years. Shelley has a lovely home, playroom and garden, in which, the children are encouraged to play and learn. She plans activities, days out, does tea party’s for their birthdays, it really is like having a second home. All my children have thrived with Shelley and loved every minute of being there. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.
