I think it's crucial for children to have daily routines. The kids I cared for ranged from 8 weeks to 6 years old. My responsibilities involved preparing meals, helping the children get ready for school, transporting them to school or nursery, light tidying up, feeding babies, changing nappies, and doing their laundry. I also take pleasure in taking the children to outdoor activities, attending activity classes, managing event schedules, going to soft play, and organising playdates.
