About Me
My name is Tammy Judd and I am a fully registered Childminder. I live in Finstock with my husband Kerry and our two children, Joshua and Ashley and two dog Bodhi and Luna.
We live in a semi-detached house with large garden for outside time. We have a large kitchen area for cooking, art and craft and messy play, but I playroom for group time, stories and free play.

My Experience
I have working in childcare since i left collage in 2003. I have worked in Three local nurseries, i started off as a nursery nurse and worked my way up to senior nursery nurse. Within the nursery i mainly worked with 2 yr up, with sometime within the baby rooms.
I'm also a mum of two children and have run your local toddler group.
My Qualifications
BTEC National Diploma in Early Years (September 2002)
NCFE level two in safeguarding children and young people (October 2009)
Paediatric First Aid Course (January 2024)
Childminders Registriaion Course (June 2012)
Designated lead for safeguarding Course (September 2022)
My Availability
Setting is open Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm ( but can be flexibly if needed)

Tammy is one of the most gentle, kindhearted people I have ever met. She has a lovely house and provides countless activities for the children to do. She has a bight, airy playroom full of toys, books, games and a big messy-play table which my son loves! There is also a big garden for the children to roam around with play-equipment which they all enjoy very much. Tammy also provides before and after-school drop-offs and pick-ups for my 2 older daughters which has been crucial to me being able to return to work as my partner is often away due to work commitments. Tammy has been amazing for my family over the past 3 years and we are very grateful for her help and flexibility. My son loves going to Tammy's and is extremely well cared for when he's there. I would highly recommend Tammy.

Tammy is such a warm and kind lady, and so very natural with the children. Her setting is lovely, with a bright, cheerful playroom, and a big garden full of fun stuff for the children to do and play with. She clearly puts so much warmth into the care of the children and lots of thought into the activities she does with them. My son seemed at ease with Tammy almost immediately when he met her, which was lovely to see. Knowing he will be looked after by Tammy, in her lovely home, has made the thought of returning to work a lot less worrying as I am confident he will be incredibly well cared for.

Tammy is a kind, warm-hearted and practical lady. She has lovely ideas for doing everyday things with the children in her care. She is strongly family-oriented and places a lot of importance on eating together, and the children being kind to each other. She also places a lot of importance on getting out and about, to playgroups and playgrounds. They havea wonderful garden, though downstairs space is maybe a bit limited (hence four stars, the only downside I can think of!). Sadly, we couldn't organise the logistics of school pickups etc for Tammy to look after my two kids, but she does care for my friend's little boy.
