Hi, My name is Jessica I am a Deputy manager of a Nursery in the Abingdon area and have spent the last 5 and a half years working with children ranging from ages 6 months to 13 years!
I am a friendly lively person with a positive attitude towards new adventures and challenges, i love to engage in children's learning and exploration and take pride in watching them grow and develop in their skills and learning as they progress though their days, working in a nursery setting I am able to confidently meet children's needs and encouraging a range of learning and developing on what the child is interested in! I naturally work with larger groups or children so I am happy to work with families.
Initially working as a Nanny and then progressing on to Nursery work I have had a variety of experience both working in nursery and home environments.
I am first aid trained and CRB checked through work
I do not drive.
My Experience
I have been working in childcare for 5 and a half years progressing from a nanny with children aged 2-13 including over night stops, then progressing into working in a nursery setting where i have worked with children aged from 6 months to 4 and a half years.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 qualification in childcare and education, a first aid qualification, I am CRB checked.
My Availability
I am available Most weekends, with enough notice I can achieve most weekend jobs.
I work in my main job between 9.0am and 6.30 pm so weekday evenings are more difficult for me to do however there may be some occasions i can try to free myself up.
