Hi, I am Suzanne but I generally known as Sooz. I am 44 and I live with my husband of 14 years Russ, our 13 year old son and 10 year old daughter in the Boscombe East area of Bournemouth.
I am an OFSTED registered Childminder and a member of PACEY
In my latest OFSTED report, I have been awarded GOOD(June 23)
I provide a home from home, caring, safe and secure environment for the children to enjoy, achieve and learn through play following the EYFS.
I am a firm believer of making the most of exploring and enjoying the outdoor environment. I have a large, appealing, safe and secure back garden. I also like take regular outings on foot to the local parks, play groups and library, and will have use of my 7 seater car to take trips to the beach, the oceanarium, soft play centres and nearby country parks.
My wish is for the children to have a fun-filled experience with me at 'PitterPatterPlay Childminding'.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder since October 2012.
Previously, I have had 6 and half years experience in nursery daycare settings. I have had 1 and half years experience working as a Key Person in a Baby unit (0-24 months) and 5 years working as a Supervisor and Key Person in a Toddler Unit (21-36 months).
I have experience and recent up-to date knowledge and training with the newly revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
My Qualifications
I am fully qualified with NVQ3 in Childcare, Learning and Development.
I hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate (November20 )
I hold a current Safeguarding Children certificate (Feb 21)
I have recently attended the following training courses:
