My Experience

I have over 13 years of experience working with children aged 3 months to 15 years, across a variety of settings including day nurseries, schools, after-school clubs, and private childminding. I’m passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for all children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

My childcare journey began in a day nursery in Rainham, where I worked for 3 years in the baby, toddler, and pre-school rooms. During this time, I progressed to Room Leader in both the toddler and pre-school rooms, leading staff and planning engaging, age-appropriate activities.

For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in a private school in Woodford. I currently support in the year 5 and 6 clases but have worked in all ages from nursery to year 6. In addition to my school role, I help run the after-school club two nights a week, caring for children aged 3–11.

Alongside my school work, I have been a dedicated childminder for a family of two children for the past 8 years. I provide after-school care, including school pickups, meals, and help with homework — one of the children has ADHD, and I’ve developed effective, understanding strategies to support him.

I also have extensive experience working with children with a wide range of SEN. In every class I’ve worked in, I’ve supported children with additional needs, and I am the main carer for my younger sister, who has multiple disabilities. This personal experience has strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to adapt to each child’s individual needs

Level 2 Diploma in Childcare and Education – Grade B
Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education – Grade C
Level 4 HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Currently completing Teacher Training

My Availability

School Holidays: Available for full daytime care, as well as some evenings and weekends and occasional over night

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

My fees are £13- £16 hour
