Kathy has looked after our two sons, aged 5 and nearly 2, for the past year. They've both blossomed under her care - she obviously is highly experienced and loves working with children, but beyond that, she really responds to each child as an individual and varies the activities they do to mirror their interests and skills, but also to help them develop at an appropriate level. Our sons had just moved to a new city and our eldest was starting pre-school when Kathy started looking after them, so they had a lot of change to cope with, but they really came through it very easily, and we think a large part of that is a reflection of Kathy's caring approach. We would love to be able to carry on having Kathy look after our boys but our personal circumstances have changed so we no longer need the same number of days.
