About Me
Hi, i'm Jo, a qualified primary school teacher and a mum. I pride myself on being a mature, caring, patient, and reliable individual with a high work ethic. Since I recently re-located for a more active lifestyle, I have been working as a primary school teacher.
I am looking for ad-hoc babysitting, the odd evening or weekend to help with the cost of living. . I have always worked with children in many roles and couldn't imagine doing anything else.
In my spare time we love being an active family, dog walks, bike rides, cold water swims and paddle boarding to name a few activities. I hope to bring fun to babysitting, lots of park trips and games etc. Although i'm only available ad-hoc, I am reliable and committed when arrangements have been made.

My Experience
I have worked with children in many roles including nurseries, holiday clubs, newborn photography then as a one to one support with children with SEND in schools. I have then completed my teacher training (Primary PGCE). I am currently teaching Year 2 in a primary school. I have a 11-year-old son (the most important experience!) As well as teacher training/ childhood BA Hons and a DBS,I have undertaken training in many areas for example autism, outdoor learning, teamteach, first aid and safeguarding.
Original certificates will be provided (DBS/COVID VACCINATED/QUALIFICATIONS)

Foundation degree in Early Years (distinction)
NVQ 3 in Childcare
