About Me
Hi my name is Caroline and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder. I live with 3 of my children in a quiet close in Lawrence Weston. I have 5 children in total, 1 lives with his wife and my 2 grandchildren and 1 of my twin son's lives with his partner. We live between Blaise Castle estate, Kingsweston Estate and our local Community Farm which we visit.
I provide a safe, secure and caring home from home environment for children of all ages. I provide different learning experiences, resources and activities to help your child learn through play focusing on their own individual needs and the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. My last Ofsted inspection was May 2019 when I received my 2nd Good grade. We have a decked play area in the garden with gate and grass to run around on and explore., including mud/nature kitchen, wildlife pond (secure) wooden playhouse and fruit and vegetable growing area
We attend a couple of play groups each week where the children mix with others and make friends. We sometimes meet with other childminders and their mindees to provide another opportunity for the children to build new friendships and play together.
My Experience
I have been registered as a childminder since May 2012 and have been a mum for 32 yrs!
In the past I have done volunteer work with a parent and family support team and have also done creche work and have also been a PEEP practitioner.
I also have experience of twins as I have a set of my own.

NVQ level 2 in childcare learning and development
Paediatric 1st aid
CRB (criminal records bureau) check
Food hygiene

I charge £5.00 per hour which includes all meals/snacks
