Hello my name is Cheri and I am an agency Registered childminder in south chingford (Ainslie wood area). I love working with Children be it Babysitting or Nannying and now I get to start a new chapter as a childminder. I have had varying childcare roles over the past 22years. I like reading books. I have a few hobbies including crochet and sewing amongst others so I am very creative.
My Experience
I have approximately 22years experience in looking after children. I have been babysitting since i was 17 and have worked in other roles such as a Nursery as well as becoming a Nanny . I have a CACHE Foundation certificate in childcare and common core skills certification. I was previously a Nanny for a little boy part time who i had been caring for since he was 6months and was with for 4 years. I then cared for a family with 2 girls who where 3 years old and 3 months old. I was also with them a little over 4 years. August 2016 I started with a family looking after 2 little boys full time. I am now currently working part time looking after a 7 and 4year old. I was with them for nearly 6 and a half years.
My Qualifications
6 GCSE's (Including child Development)
CACHE Foundation in Caring for Children ( passed at Distinction level)
Peadiactric first aid training
Common core skills certificate (level 3)
Current DBS (on the update service and shown to parents in person when they attend a show round of the setting)
Agency Registered.
CACHE Nutrition in the early years.
Other certificates for online and in person training.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £9.50 per hour
Day rate £85 (anything over 6 hours) 8-6pm (£95 from 7am)
