About Me
My name is Julie Markham i am an Ofsted registered childminder living on Droylsden road Audenshaw and have been childminding for over 22 years.
My Experience
In the 22 years of being an Ofsted registered childminder i have cared for numerous children from 1st born onwards.
What I Can Offer
I offer a loving and warm enviroment for all children in my care,offer all kinds of activities inc' role play,drawing,reading,painting and keep a record of observations for all parents.I follow the EYFS.I attend several local mums and tots groups and also visits to local parks and libaries.
My Qualifications
Pediatric first aid level 3
Health and safety
Sing and sign course
Safe guarding children
Early years professional development
Getting ready for EYFS
GDPR
Manual handling (safe lifting of children)
Myself and my husband are both CRB/DBS checked.
Public liability insurance provided through the Childcare.co.uk
Any references required are available from previously satisfied parents.
My Availability
Availability for full time and part time.
Hours...7.30am to 5.30 Monday to Thursday
Currently dropping off and picking up from Aldwyn primary school Audenshaw please ring for more information.

Julie is a very welcoming and loving childcare provider... you can tell she genuinely cares for children and it isn’t just a vocation for her...
Julie treats the children like her own... she does activities with them and keeps you updated throughout the day with lots of pictures.
Julie is also very flexible and supportive to keyworker’s

I returned to work in July 2020 just as the lockdown beginning to be lifted. It was an incredibly nerve racking time for me and my husband. Julie made us feel welcome and at ease as she has processes place to keep the children safe.
My little boy loved going to Julie. She was so loving and caring towards him, he would jump straight out of my arms in to hers in the morning. This made me feel so much more comfortable going back to work.
My little boy has allergies (milk, egg and soya) and Julie took care to make sure he never had any issues. Despite most places being closed during lockdown Julie would play with him all day and do lots of arts and crafts which he loved.
I would recommend Julie to anyone.

Julie is an amazing childminder, such a warm loving and caring lady, my one year old daughter has the pleasure of spending the days with Julie when I’m in work, I can go to work relaxed knowing she is receiving outstanding care. I couldn’t recommend Julie enough, she cares for my daughter as if she was one of her own, balancing playtime and learning perfectly.

All my children have had the pleasure of being looked after by Julie!
So happy to leave my children in her care, knowing they will be very looked after. Julie is very kind and nurturing person and makes all children feel safe and welcome within her care!

When you are working full time, it's important your child is left with someone you can trust and who will look after your child as if they are one of their own. I highly recommend Julie because this is how I felt when I left my daughter with her. I could get on with my job knowing my daughter's needs were being met. Julie is a very caring and naturally nurturing lady so childminding comes easily to her. My daughter enjoyed time spent with Julie. She provided a range of activities indoors and made sure there was always time for outdoor play and exercise too. My daughter is at school full time now but always asks about Julie. In fact, whenever, we drive by Julie's house she always excitedly shouts 'there's Julie's house'. She loves to stop and chat to Julie if we are out and about too. If you are feeling nervous about leaving your child, I can highly recommend Julie. She will always put the needs of your child first and will listen to any concerns or worries you may have. She is a lovely person to know and I'm so glad we found her.
