My name is Caroline and I have worked in childcare for the past 28 years and I am also a mother myself I have three daughters 15, 10 and 4 years
I have been running my own childminding business "Mini Munchkins which is based in Rainham RM13 for just over 10 years
My childcare environment is a happy loving home where all children are treated fairly with love an care and it really is their home from home,

My Experience
I have 28 years childcare experience As both a nanny/mothers help and also as a nursery nurse.
In these years I have taken care of children from newborn upwards.
We are a very happy welcome household we have lovely pets (Dog and cat)
My pets are part of the family but they do have their own space away from children and are NEVER LEFT ALONE with children at any time.

Back in 2017 I met Caroline through this website. My son fell in love straight away. Roll on 7 years later, he is starting Year 7 in September and leaving Caroline's. But all is not lost, my other 3 are with her. Two for drop offs and my youngest during the days. All my kids adore her and never once complain about going to Caroline's, but they do moan about leaving her. There have been plenty of times over the last 7 years, I have said ok stay the night! It is so comforting to know my 4 kids are so well looked after and loved by her. Good thing we still have her for the next year 7s (finger crossed). Couldn't live without her.

Caroline was employed as full-time registered nanny in our home for more than 3years. She was chosen especially as she was a mother herself and her little daughter and mine grew up as quasi-sisters for three wonderful years.
As it so happened, in 2013 first Caroline moved house, then we did and subsequently the girls' school start (in different schools) coincided with Caroline going into maternity leave for her second child, so this wonderful arrangement/employment came to a somewhat natural end.
Still, both girls miss each other and their time with Caroline terribly, even now, 5months later. This is truly the best calling card for Caroline's skills as a nanny. My daughter loves her school, she gets invited to playdates every other day, has the best reception class teacher ever, and still, she would swap this life in an instant to go back to being with Caroline and her best friend on a daily basis.
Caroline planned the weekly schedules for the girls, took them to various playgroups, activities like swimming, trampolining, ballet etc, prepared lunch and dinner, gave them baths, did the laundry and took care of my child in exactly the same fashion she did of her own. And even during repeated and sometimes simultaneous temper tantrums from both little ones, Caroline never lost her warm, caring and loving attitude.
She was conscious of Mummy's wishes, attentive to the childrens moods, soft-spoken and loving yet with the added skill to be firm when she needed to be.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her without any hesitation, and would happily confirm this in a personal correspondence or conversation, should interested parties desire this.

I have employed Caroline as a baby sitter for serval years now,
Caroline is a very warm loving person an my children adore her, she has always shown such love and kindness over the years we trust her complete she always accommodating and willing to help when ever she can,
Caroline is a quite, calm person that knows how to charm children into behaving without them even realising,
We can not recommend her more highly she is a true Mary poppins
