I am a qualified Early Years Teacher with a BA Hons Early Childhood Studies.
Passionate about the early years, I provide professional and flexible education and care for children aged 0-5 years in my home.
I employ an early years qualified assistant. Together we strive to ensure that the children in our care have the highest standard of care and early years education.
Through carefully planned activities every child is encouraged and supported to reach their full potential and gain independence through the development of self help skills.
We go out in the local area and further afield on trips, e.g. Parks, farm, indoor play, playgroup.
We have an allotment which we are developing together, a wonderful opportunity to be playing, learning and exploring in our own exciting outdoor environment.
We offer full day places for children that are eligible to funded early years education and care, including funding for 9+ months, 2 year olds and the 15/30 hours for 3 and 4 year olds.
My Experience
I have been working and studying in the early years sector since 2003
I have experience working in a pre-school and a private day nursery as the deputy manager and designated lead safeguarding person.
I am experienced at leading the teaching and learning within the EYFS framework.
