My Summary
About Me
Hi my name is Caroleann,I am a Ofsted registered childminder based in Normanton (Funkee Monkees) I live with my partner Rob we have been together for 23 years, I also have a son called Declan whom as left school. My aim as a childminder is to offer affordable childcare of the highest quality. I look after children from birth in a homely environment, I follow the EYFS and offer stimulating activities to support this. I have a large secure garden with lots of outdoor equipment where children tend to do lots of roll play. My setting has had lots of child input.My tv is rarely used as i encourage children to be active and independent.
I'm a very active person and lots of fun!!
we visit Play groups, parks,soft play,Libraries,Newmillerdam, Pugneys,Farms,and many more places.
we also enjoy growing our own vegetables.
I ask all parents/carers to provide a healthy pack lunch for their children however I do offer snacks .
I have an online system where you can log on any time to check the progress of your child and what your child has been doing throughout the day. Pictures are also added .

My Experience
I have worked with many children for many years .I offer lots of stimulating activities throughout the day. we also follow a good routine with in my setting. I also take into consideration the childrens input and regular ask what we can change to make there experience better .

I charge hourly rate .I have full time spaces and part time spaces available also 2 year and 3&4 year funding.

My son absolutely loved going with Caz, she made it very easy to leave him in her care from day 1. She helped his confidence grow by keeping him very busy with playgroups & gun trips out it gave my son a chance to meet lots of new friends. Everyday was something fun for him and he learnt so much with her. she also kept a diary on an app that i could log in and read daily of all the things he had done that day, what he had eaten & lots of great photos to see, aswell as development learning logs. We cant thank caz enough for the care she gave my son he was sad to leave. I would highly reccomend shes the best everyone needs a caz :)

My son has been going to cazi’s for over 5 years and I wouldn’t have him go anywhere else, not only is she the best at what she does he loves it everyday. They have lots of fun a day is never the same. Library trips park swimming, walks hunts stay at home play arts crafts and baking to name a few. Cazi is very proffesssioal and communicates with what’s best for our children.
These children’s best interest is in her heart and that’s what makes her one of the best childminders around. Keep up the good work C !!! X

My daughter has been going here for several years and she has come on leaps and bounds since going, Carolanne is really professional, and has loads of activities planned for the children. I don’t know what i would have done without her and Isobel loves going!

My son has been going since July 2018 and going back to work couldn’t of gone any smoother and that wouldn’t of been able to happen without Cazi. I’m a first time mum so you can image the worry, stress and been anxious about leaving my son while I return to work, but Cazi is amazing! Cazi uses an app that I have on my phone so I can see what he has eaten that day, photos of what he has done that day, how many wet or soiled nappies he has had a day all the general information you would like to know. Cazi is always taking him out and about and I love this! Always helping build and grow my little boys development skills.

My 2 sons attended Cazi’s for several years and both had such an amazing time, not only did she meet both children’s interests consistently in what she did my boys truely enjoyed spending time there. Always there when we needed and always flexible to my work hours, cannot recommend you enough :)
