About Me
I have 16+ years’ experience in Childcare and Education. I have worked in a range of settings including Private Nanny, Nursery, Holiday clubs and Cruise Liners. I think creatively, use initiative and have good structural and planning skills.
I can perform under pressure when it is necessary, presenting myself in a calm and professional manner. Having positive, collaborative and communicative relationships with families, carers and guardians is something I always uphold. I'm a firm believer in encouraging children to be open-minded and to challenge themselves daily. I pride myself on being inclusive, and using a firm, fair approach. You could also say i like the simple, back to basics approach. Childcare dosnt need to be complicated.

My Experience
Private Nanny 08/2013–Present
Age Group: 11 to 17 years.
In my most recent role, I had the pleasure of working with an older age group in Norway. Helping to maintain and organise a good routine and structure was key to the family’s hectic daily life. I assisted with homework, maintenance and improving their grades and teaching English. I would cook healthy meals and when a medical condition arose, I took the initiative to educate myself as well as having professional training. As the boys have grown, I have offered advice and guidance. I would frequently organise day trips and accompany the family on holidays, often in sole charge of 10 children, aged 6-16.
As a Nanny to a high profile fully staffed household family, I know the importance of discretion, confidentiality, honesty and having shared trust. As the boys have matured, I have adapted to the boys’ needs and have become more of the families P.A. Sadly, the boys have matured, it’s my time for a new challenge.

Age range 6 months- 10 years.
These roles focused on the younger age and following EYFS. Organising an affective routine for all families and the differences for each child. Potty training and weaning are among 2 of many transitions I assisted with.
I like to provide a positive developmental environment with a balance of daily indoor and outdoor activities which, enable the children the freedom to learn and develop at their own pace.
Being able to multitask is an important skill I have acquired and has allowed me to become effectively flexible and efficient.
My tasks would also involve washing, nursery duties, cooking heathy fresh meals, school runs, grocery shopping and organising regular clubs and playdates.

1st consultation via phone call Free. This will consist of asking what you require and making sure i can accommodate what you need. Asking questions about your child or children.
Depending on the service you are asking for will depend of cost. Online video/phone call £25.
