About Me
My name is Tracy, I am a Level 3 Qualified Ofsted Registered Childminder
I can offer upto 30 hours of funded childcare 9 month to 4 year olds please enquire to see to if your are eligible.
I have been married to Jon for 22 years, and have 2 children Kayleigh who works in Manchester and Oliver who works in Sports Coaching. We have a very friendly standard poodle called Echo.
Trips out include - Donkey Sanctuary, Farm, Museum's, Library, Lyme Park and lots of local parks, Sea Life Centre, Days out to the beach, Theatre, Cinema, Swimming, China Town Manchester, Emergency Services Day
Daily activities include:- Toddler Groups, Mini Movers, Boogie Beats, Baking, Singing & Dancing, Story-Time, Role play, lots of interactive play and small world play. I encourage outdoor play as much as possible.
I have a dedicated play room, large enclosed garden with play equipment and down stairs toilet.
I live close to Romiley villiage, shops and public transport. I have my own car which is insured for business use, I can pick up/drop off is some cases please ask for details.
Fees include snacks, drinks, trips out (for non funded children) and classes you will need to provide packed lunch
My Experience
I have lots of experience bringing up my own 2 children and looking after other peoples children.
Childminding is more than just a job to me, I am passionate about providing every child in our care the opportunity to not only reach his or her full potential, but also to experience a warm, loving, home based environment. I believe in working in partnership with parents/carers.

Tracy is a fantasic childminder my 5 year old daughter loves going and settled in from day one, she loves going in the school holidays and has loads of fun with all the days out and activities to keep her busy. Its a lovely home from home environment i would highly recommend. X

Tracey has provided excellent after school care for my 8 and 6 year old. She has made them feel welcome, is very reliable and the children are happy and settled there. Thank you.

My little boy Thomas first went to Tracy9months ago.It was his first experience of being with anyone else other than myself or close family.
He settled really well with Tracy which says a lot.In the past 9 months he is like a different child he is more confident interacts more and still has his wobbles but is happy to go to Tracy.Her home is spacious clean and has a variety of activities to choose from in and outside.Tracy really takes your needs and of your child on board in relation to settling in,routine ,learning development and next steps to develop the learning further.She communicates well with parents and I have found both her and Joanne to be constantly professional whenever we see them out and about.Thomas loves going to soft play with them and particularly enjoyed his trips to Etherow Park to see the ducks and to the Donkey Sanctuary.

Tracy is the childminder for my 5 year old boy. Tracy has provided excellent care for the last 18 months for school pick ups and full time during the holidays. She is absolutely fab, my son loves going to her house, especially in the holidays when they spend lots of time in the garden and going on loads of days out! I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone, going to work and knowing your child is in capable safe hands is priceless.

Tracy and her family have always gone above and beyond the role of childminder. She has looked after my daughter with genuine love and attention since day one. Due to fluctuating work commitments, I have often asked Tracy for help at short notice and she has never turned me down. I can't recommend her enough. I'll be really sad when it is time for my daughter to finish as she has enjoyed every second of her time with Tracy.

My daughter has been with Tracy from 5 months old and she has loved every day.
Tracy and her family are warm & friendly and she provides a fun & safe environment.
I go to work with a peaceful mind knowing my daughter is cared for extremely well & that she really enjoys herself - the big clue is when she doesn't want to come home at night!

My daughter loves being at Tracy's - so much she said she wanted to live there!
I have been very happy with the quality of care she gets. It's a warm, friendly environment with plenty to do. Tracy is helpful and friendly and I can rest easy knowing that my daughter is being looked after well.
I would definitely recommend her!

My children go to Tracy's after school.
I feel happy and confident that they are being looked after safely and in the same manner that they would be at home.
Tracy has a good rapport with the kids.
They are always happy when I pick them up and usually asking if they can just carry on doing what they are doing for a few more minutes.

My daughter has been attending Tracy's since April 2015 and Tracy has done everything to settle her in to the new environment. My daughter is a difficult customer as she does suffer being separated for her mum and dad but Tracy is trying all strategies to make sure she is settled and having a fun day. I love that my daughter gets to the park, a baby group or on an exciting trip everyday she is there, so is not missing out while I am at work.Tracy serves lovely homemade food every day and has a great garden and play room for all the children to play in. Would recommend to anyone!
