My Experience
I have worked in nurseries for nearly 13 years. I have worked with all ages groups as well as after school/holiday clubs. I also have worked as a nanny for 3 years. 2 years with twin girls and then for 2 boys ages 1 and 3 years old.
Before I qualified I worked as a youth leader at The Rock Church for their youth clubs, lifezone and energized. My roles in lifezone were to look after a group of 6 children between the ages of 5 and 11, and lead them in team games and activities. In energized i helped to run and host stage events, social events such as indoor beach parties, break dancing lessons for children ages between 11 and 16.
I also helped my parents run a party business, my roles were to run the games, dj and to help set up and clear away before and after each party.
My Qualifications
I have a BTEC national diploma in childrens care learning and development.
