Hello im Charlie im 31years old and i live in Plymstock, Plymouth.
I'm a friendly and sociable person and see myself as very outgoing and confident, i'm very reliable and creative and believe this is the best way to be, especially when working with children. I am the oldest of 4 siblings and 36 grandchildren,most of them are under the age of 10 and i have done my fair share of looking after them. I understand that children need structure and skills to develop. i enjoy the company of children and love helping them to reach goals and to help boost their confidence! My Experience
I am currently working as an Inclusion worker at a nursery 5 days a week. I have lots of experience working with children with a variety of additional needs. I have worked in lots of different nursery settings within different roles. I have had plenty of experience babysitting children and babies from 5 months to 13 years
My Qualifications
i have a level 3 NVQ in children and young peoples workforce.
i have a C in my english and maths GCSE.

We were looking for a last minute babysitter for our son. Very nervous that a stranger was looking after our son but in just over a month we are going out again tonight for the 3 time, using Charlie each time. Very lovely and my boy seems to have warmed to her well. Recommend

We highly recommend Charlie. She babysat for our 1 year old son on two occasions we needed. She arrived earlier than what we asked. Excellent communication skills. Amazing with our son, feeding him his breakfast, changing his nappy, dressing him, putting him down for his nap. Upon meeting us she arrived with all her certificates to assure us how fully trained she is. We would never use another babysitter other than Charlie. Very trustworthy, genuine, lovely woman.

Charlie started babysitting for me last month and She is always the first person I ask now! She is excellent with kids, my two love when I tell them that Charlie is coming over! She entertains them from the minute she arrives playing games and having fun! My kids are always sad when she leaves! Always available to help out even when it's last minute! I cannot recommend her enough and would trust her with my children anytime! Amazing x

Charlie Minns and Paris Taylor were great. My wedding was at my parent's house and I didn't know the area let alone any babysitters nearby. Once we'd decided on Charlie the communication was excellent (via Skype). They arrived promptly on the day with all their documents to show my anxious mother (!). Between them they looked after up to 9 little ones in the house from 1-4 years old at different times throughout the afternoon while the parents partied in the garden! Thanks Charlie.

Charlie has looked after my 3 children 4 times over the last two weeks one being during the day in which she took them to the local park (They all slept very well that night.) The other 3 times were evening care, one of them being an urgent call, only gave 1 hours notice and she was still 10 minutes early! She was very organised and has lots of her own craft activities which my two eldest loved, she made jewlery with my daughter and fish magnets with my son (She provided all materials) All while also looking after my 9 month old baby. She is my top childcare provider, Thanks!

Charlie has provided babysitting and daycare for my 1year old and we have been very happy with both occasions. Charlie presented herself well and appears professional and knowlagable. My daughter had a lovely time and we will continue to use Charlie in the future.

charlie has started looking after my two children (3months and two years)for the past week and a half, i couldnt have asked for anyone better, shes very natural with children and has been very reliable, i have recomended her to many friends.

Charlie had my two girls for the first time today and i am so happy! my eldest wouldnt stop talking about her and asking when she was coming again, she is now my top sitter and will be my first choice for the future! Thanks

she a lovely lady and the first time she looks after my 2 an half year old was great no tears and all smiles :) charlie a fab childminder and will used only her from now on :)

Charlie looked after my 8 month old baby girl for 3 days a week while my husband and i were at work, i have now decided to leave my job and become a full time mum so no longer need charlie, but never the less she was 10 minutes early the first time and 5 all the other times, she's very well presented and knows her field of work very well. if me and my husband ever choose to go out we certainly will be calling Charlie, thanks very much!
