About Me
Hello my name is Kay, I live in Walmley, with my husband and two children, who both attend Fairfax Academy.
I decided to become an Ofsted Registered Childminder as I thoroughly enjoy looking after my own children so much, I thought, 'why not do this for someone else's child/baby?'
I worked for a large pension company for 13 years before leaving to join a smaller firm of financial brokers. Although they were flexible when it came to juggling work and having 2 small children, i decided to work from home and childminding was ideal.
I live within walking distance of Walmley village, in a quiet cul-de-sac with large garden.
My Experience
I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder for 17 years.
I have passed NVQ level 3 in Childcare.
I have an up to date certificate in Paediatric First Aid.
I live with my husband David and our two children are aged 20 and 18, Thomas and Daniel.
My Qualifications

Kay helped us a lot when had an emergency, our little one loved her place straight away. Fantastic communication as well

My little boy has been going to Kay’s since he was 9 months old, and has loved it there from the start. He settled in straight away and is always happy to go. They tend to go out every morning, local playgroups etc .... , then come home for a quiet afternoon. Perfect I think, home away from home. I will be gutted when he leaves in the summer.
