Extremely bad communication

After reading my messages multiple times and not responding, I found her lack of communication very rude. In one of my messages, I even asked her to kindly let me know if we weren't the right fit, as we urgently needed care and she seemed ideal for our needs and location.

Yet, despite my efforts, she still didn't respond after reading. It makes me question how someone with such poor communication handles interactions with children or teaches them about integrity.
