Lisa east. As a trained & vetted early years educator I will get to know your child inside out , upside down & can respond to your child’s individual needs moment to moment.I don’t believe in cooping children up in one learning space, research suggests that children who explore the outdoors on a regular basis benefit from better health, sleep , emotional well-being& is a supercharge learning . No two days are the same we visit sheen common & adventure, Richmond park & mortlake green which are all within walking distance these are great places for building dens , ball games & finding natural treasures. I’m a huge advocate for promoting good mental health practice , I want all children in my care to gain confidence & have high self esteem. I use breathing exercises to help children calm themselves when they are feeling overwhelmed, I practice mindfulness & meditation to help them attune to their emotions. I plan activities specifically around the development milestone of the early years group closely following the EYFS such as art& crafts, baking,messy play,storytelling & more.our mornings are adventure filled so the lunchtime nap is well earned.so their brains & body are well rested, ready for the afternoon fun& learning & your child stays in a routine
