My Requirements

I am looking for an active, energetic, fun, experienced part time nanny to work alongside other helpers, looking after my lovely twin boys, (i have a rota of wonderful helpers working the boys, and the boys adore them all) This role would be suitable for someone wanting to keep another term time only job while the boys are at school if required . I can be flexible, but only during term time. Applicants must have Special needs experience. The applicant must also be fit and healthy to keep up with two energetic happy healthy boys.

Job roles include cooking the boys lunch/dinner (only in the holidays) and also taking them out for walks, day trips and activities. A qualification related to children with special needs specifically autism, is desirable but not essential. The twins require someone who is accepting, friendly and active. We are using Makaton and PECS at present but this can be taught to the right person. The boys are currently non verbal but are progressing. Both boys are very happy healthy little boys. I am happy for male/female applicants to apply.

Some babysitting would be required possibly at weekends or/and one night in the week. There may be some weekend work but this is not a deal breaker as I have previously mentioned, I have a team of people working different days at the weekend. I can be flexible about most days.

The job would also include some cleaning and bed changing etc. I also have a 5 year old cocker spaniel and 11 month old labrador who may require the odd walk if I am not around. Again, not a deal breaker.
