About Me
Hi my name is Bernie Allerton and iam qualified as a childminder iam registered by the c.i.w. since 7/3/13,I have up to date training and all certs can be seen. my home is a smoke free and i have 1 dog, iam in cardigan or surrounding areas, I have garden for kids to play in and we also grow veg which the children help grow over the summer and can take home and i will happily pick up and drop off or meet within the cardigan area,i will take your little one to local playgroups, do arts and crafts, healthy eating, walks around the area (ie wildlife park and parks) and generally have fun, if u are interested then please call me and i can arrange for you and your child to visit my home.i also have references if you wish to view them .
My Experience
I have brought up my own 2 children who are 24 and 21 I also look after my grandsons are 1 and 5, I have also worked in cardigan infants school and in the ysgol maithren as a 1:1 I have also worked as a youth worker for ceredigion country council i also work along side social services to provide care.
My Qualifications
i have nvq 3 in home based child care,First aid i have also done child protection and registered with the C.I.W. and inspected every 3 years i have insurance up to date and all can be viewed

I am available monday- friday 7.30 am- 5.30pm.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.40 per hour
My Fees £5.40an hour Half fees payable if I am to keep a space, If I am ill no fee is payable.Full fee payable if is to attend Ysgol Meithrin and I am to take and collect. Those living in a Flying Start area who are eligible for their 2 year olds can receive funding for 2 and a half hours a day to attend my setting. My Availability Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm. Although if asked in advance can be flexible. Half days available. I can offer flexible care during holidays. healthy snacks and drinks are available. I also offer term time only childcare contracts.
