About Me
I have been married for 27 years and I have two adult children of my own who have both graduated from universities. I am registered with OFSTED, graded Outstanding, have a CRB and up to date First Aid Training completed.
My Experience
I have been childminding since January 2007 and have great fun. Having children of my own certainly helps with the care of children as I am already qualified! I regularly attend training sessions to further enhance my provision.
My Qualifications
I attend many courses and have completed a Speech and Language twilight course over a 5 week period. This was further supported by a phonics course.
I hold a valid up to date First Aid certificate.
I hold Level One Steps to Quality.
I am an accredited childminder which means I offer a universal 15 hour funded place. I am also able to offer the extended 15 hour funding for 3/4 year olds and 15 hours to 2 year olds, all of which must qualify.
I completed the Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) qualification between September and December 2012 and am now an EYP.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
My day rate is £45.00. Rates include home cooked meals, snacks and drinks. I also include activities and day trips whenever viable. My before school rate is £6.00 and after school is £13.50. I am open 8am-5.45pm.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Lakeside Primary Academy
