Hi, I'm Tanya :)
After 14 years working in childcare; nurseries, private nanny and children’s centres, I decided to bring what I love doing most into my own home and that’s when I decided to start my child minding journey!
I’m a mum to 2 girls and 7 and 10 with my eldest attending Riverview Junior school and my youngest, Riverview infants.
My Experience
I have worked with chidren of all ages in the early years and have new born experience with my own children. I have been a private nanny for 2 families. I have also been a playworker working with vulnerable children and their families, providing a safe and fun environment for them to attend.
My Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Childcare and Education
Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's workforce
Safeguarding Training
Full paediatric first aid
Ofsted registered
My Availability
I work Monday-Thursday
I am currently full til August 2027 but do have a waiting list should this change any earlier.

Tanya has been looking after my 2 year old daughter for the past half year. My little girl has improved so much, specially with her speech, and I am happy with her progress so far.
Tanya is so compassionate, caring, understading and dedicated. Always doing different activities indoors and outdoors, makes sure that my daughter learns and improves day by day. She has such a calm caring nature that makes children feel instantly settled. Her home is always clean and tidy, with plenty of toys and games to play with.
My daughter smiles straight away when I tell that I need to take her to Tanya's. She is so happy.
At the beginning I was afraid to trust somebody else to look after my daughter as she never been looked after anybody else other than mum and dad. But straight away i felt that my daughter was in safe hands and i honestly do trust Tanya. She is always ready to help to look after my daughter when I need to rest after my night shifts or have trainnings to do. That is amazing as I can conciliate work life and mum life.
Tanya is a trustworthy childminder and I strongly recommend her. Daughter happy = mummy happy.
