About Me
I am an OFSTED registered childminder and my husband is registered as my assistant. My setting is multi-cultural and is well equipped with toys and games for children from 0 to 8 to use indoors and outdoors. It is a welcoming warm home-from-home environment where children feel safe and free to learn through play at their own pace. It is important to me that children in my care experience a variety of cultures while learning new things every day. There is a quiet area where children can rest when needed. Most mornings we visit local playgroups where the children meet new friends, with their parents or other childminders. We have story telling. singing, painting, play dough and sticking, both at playgroups and at home. I have a safe and secure garden with trampoline, swings, slide, glider, playhouse and sand table.
However as I am looking after small babies I have suspended school drop off and pick up from Malden Manor Primary and Nursery School at this present time.
My husband and I are fully Covid - 19 Vaccinated.
My Experience
I grew up in a very large family where we had to look after younger members of family .When I was made redundant from my very responsible office job, and with a new granddaughter, I decided to put that experience to use and became a registered childminder. Since then I have built up a group of very satisfied parents whose children love coming here. My OFSTED inspection results have been either 'good' or 'outstanding' in all areas of EYFS.
My Qualifications
I have achieved a Cache Level 3 Diploma in Home Based Childcare and I attend regular workshops to promote EYFS standards. Both my husband and I have Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
As a guide line my fee start from £7.00 per hour, from 8 am to 6pm, depending on age and number of days required. I also do flexible start. Parents are to provide, nappies, wipes and food, so that we avoid any issues with allergies and they know what their child is eating or being given. However if food is required, this can be arranged, subject to negotiation.

My twins started with Sally at 9months old and we have just left to go to pre school.
Sally is incredible, it has been amazing to see my children grow in to wonderful smart children in Sally’s care.
She is a stippler for routine and learning which has given my children the confidence and knowledge to take the next step.
It has been reassuring and given me peace of mind going back to work and leaving not one but two children in Sally’s care, she will forever be a apart of our family.
Sad to leave but happy we found her.

I have been using Sally’s services for many years for both my children.
Sally offers a nurturing environment and my children have always thought of Sally’s as a home from home. Sally has always ensured that my children are never bored when in her care with regular outings to playgroups and local parks and on rainy days offering different activities to not only entertain but also educate.
Sally strives to help children achieve their next steps whether that be feeding themselves or potty training or preparing them for full time education.
