Hello, I'm Francine.
I am a Masters university student who is looking for a loving family who is expecting or in the early weeks of welcoming their new born. I am studying perinatal, child, adolescent, and family work: a psychoanalytic observational approach in hopes of one day being a doctor in child psychotherapy. Throughout this journey, I am looking for a family who would be supportive in me observing their journey into parenthood and early years of interaction with their little one.

A little background about me:
I have 11+ years of experience working with children and young people; nurseries, nannying, managing trampoline parks, babysitting, and I have been a deputy manager in a children's care home for 2+ years now. It is important to me to find a balance and maintain positive working relationships with the family.
I worked with newborns/premature babies, multiple babies/children, and special educational and physical needs. My experience in working with children ranges from newborns to 18-year-olds.
I am fully DBS checked and first aid and food and hygiene trained.

Francine is so good with our kids and amazing to have in the house. We've got a kid with additional needs and she's brilliant with him, as well as with the other two - the baby took to her immediately which is unusual for him! She's also great company, and happily takes the kids out for adventures. Perfect choice for whether you want the kids to go out, to be looked after at home whilst you're out, or just as an extra person to help manage the chaos when you're all at home. We will hopefully be seeing a lot more of Francine!
Overall
Francine patiently answered all the questions I had as a first time user of the website and responded promptly. She was very friendly and my two sons (who are quite friendly as well) got on well with her. She communicated on Whatsapp throughout the evening and there were no issues! We would love to have her babysit again as would our sons.

Overall
Francine was great with our baby boy. She started babysitting for us a few times a week in the afternoons when our son was just under 1 year old. She is very sweet, calm and loving and also very knowledgeable. Our boy loved her and was always happy to spend time with her.
