I have worked within the childcare sector for ten years, in roles varying from nursery assistants, private day care deputy manager to reception teacher. I have vast experience in caring for young children and creating a fun, safe and stimulating environment that encourages their development.
I am passionate about phonics and teaching children how to read, I believe when children enjoy reading they are able to access a whole world of enjoyment. I am trained in Read Write Inc and Letters and Sounds, therefore I am able to adapt lessons to the scheme your child is learning at school.
I hold a full drivers license, I am also Ofsted registered and I paediatric first aid trained.
My Qualifications
I have a BA degree in Ealry Childhood Studies and Education. I am currently studying towards a Masters in Childhood and Youth.
